In this highly competitive IT Retail industry, our post sales service has converted our customers into our Brand Ambassadors.

To bridge the gap between perception and reality with respect to service, we wish to highlight some key elements of service and deliverables.

Warranty :
Warranty on all products, are customarily taken care of, by the manufacturer / exclusive service centre as per their standard terms and conditions. ( details could be obtained from their respective websites )
As a value addition to all our customers (not valid for online shoppers outside Bangalore ) , we act as an interface between customers and service centre.
We accept the product at any of our stores
We log in the call on behalf of the customer (on their toll free no.) 
We then send the product to the respective service centre and
liaise with them for repair / replacement. 
Upon repair the product is brought back to our store and the
customer then collects the same from our store.

Please Note :
We only provide this as a service to working professionals who may find it difficult to co ordinate / commute to the service centre during working hours.
Accepting the laptop does not transfer the onus of service to us.
We do not assure repair / replacement ( in case of physical damage / electrical failure etc ) of the product by the service centre
We have no control on turn around time for repair
Any dispute regarding the service centre decision will have to be taken up directly with the service centre / manufacturer and Laptop world or any of its staff is not liable for the same ( legally or otherwise )
Out Of Warranty :
We provide out of warranty paid services to all customers and all brands of laptops / desktops.

Scope of service includes :

chip level service of motherboards 
Repair of broken hinges, TFT 
hard disk , optical drive replacement 
Data recovery Services 
and any other service / repair technically feasible.
